PlantSight Open 3D Model Bridge Help

Running the PlantSight Open 3D Bridge for iTwin Stack

  1. Run the PlantSight Open 3D Model Bridge for iTwin Stack from the start menu.
  2. Select the Server and Port appropriate in order to connect to the machine and service running either PlantSight E3D Extractor or PlantSight Smart 3D Extractor.
  3. Once you are connected to the Extractor service, select the Project and Filter.
  4. Switch your Storage Type to Localhost.
  5. The Bank Url should be set to http://localhost:4000.
  6. Context Id is the GUID of the iModel. If you used OpenPlant Project Administrator, this is the GUID displayed when you provisioned the iModel. If you created the iModel yourself, it is the GUID you created and used as an input parameter for creating the iModel.

    The iModel Id is visible in OpenPlant Project Administrator.

  7. To generate a Basic Access Token, click on Basic Authentication, and enter the same user and password used earlier.
  8. Click OK and to create the token.
  9. Click Export and the data is converted to the iModel.
